This is a really fun drawing. The character seems really happy and upbeat, which I imagine is in line with the character from the show (I've never seen it). The hair tail swinging around the front is a really cool effect. I think what would make it even more successful is if you have a little of it go behind his shoulder at the base of it. Not the whole thing, just a small bit of it so you see it is behind his head then wraps around the front. Great job!
